One of the positive aspects of this hotel is its excellent location right in the center of the old city. Despite being located in a busy street that goes through the medina, it is surprisingly quiet and away from the crowds. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are very attentive and provide excellent service. They go the extra mile to ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the rooms offer an excellent view, allowing guests to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.
Although there are a few areas that could be improved, overall, this hotel provides a satisfactory experience.

I recently stayed at Riad Al Barad for a few days and had a great time. The staff was young, kind, and always ready to help. The rooms and public spaces were kept very clean, and there was even a washing machine available for use. The terrace was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The price for a double bed room was very affordable and included breakfast with bread and coffee or tea. They also offered bus tours to nearby places at a reasonable price.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both the new city and the main square of the old city, making it easily accessible to attractions. It is also near the bus station, making transportation convenient. Its central location allows guests to explore the city with ease.
Some guests mentioned that the room was small and cramped, which may not provide a comfortable stay.

This hotel is great value for money, especially considering its central location right on a busy street that goes through the Medina. The staff here are extremely attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable, with two beds and a private toilet. Despite the non-functional shower, we still had a pleasant stay. The breakfast at this hotel is a highlight, with fresh bread from a nearby bakery served promptly at 6:40 in the morning.
All was satisfactory and met our expectations.

The terrace of the hotel was an amazing place to sip mint tea and enjoy the view overlooking the city. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions and landmarks. We particularly enjoyed the fact that we could easily walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Lastly, the staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile and offering helpful tips for exploring the area.
There were a few aspects of the hotel that we didn't particularly enjoy. Firstly, the rooms were a bit cold, making it difficult to get comfortable at night. Secondly, the breakfast served at the hotel was a bit basic and didn't offer much variety. Lastly, some of the facilities and amenities were a bit outdated and could use a bit of an update to make the stay even more enjoyable.

Had a blast with all the street activities, friendly staff tried their best. Haha!
Who needs clean rooms when you can have a sink falling off the wall and towels that double as beach towels! So fancy.

The daily tours and excursions were great and well-organized. The staff was also friendly and always willing to help. The hotel's proximity to the train and bus station made it quite convenient for traveling around.
The hotel is located on a busy street with lots of motorcycles, making it quite noisy and difficult to cross the road. The room was small and cramped, and the shower did not work properly, which made for an uncomfortable stay.

Our hotel was located in a great area, right at the heart of the city's hub. Central location allowed us to explore the old city, and this made it easy to find many shops and restaurants around us. , the bus station was within walking distance, a great advantage for visiting other parts of the city. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was acceptable. Breakfast was included and tasty, a decent selection to start the day.
We faced communication problems with the staff, causing delays in simple tasks.

We stayed at B&B Riad Al Barad for our first trip to Morocco and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The riad had an authentic feel to it, which we loved. The rooms and public spaces were clean, and we had access to a washing machine if needed. The terrace was a great spot to soak up the sunshine. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major landmarks and easy to navigate back to.
